The programs offered traditionally are holistic, but are quite expensive and don’t suit Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (0-20 FTE employees).

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered to you by your employer to help employees deal with personal or work related issues in a positive way. The program offers psychology / counselling to assist you in overcoming life’s challenges and return you to a better state of emotional wellbeing.

The service is confidential & hence, you need not worry about the ramifications of your discussions with us. Generic reporting will be provided back to your company.

How do I get a Mental Health Care Plan?

Visit your GP and ask them for a referral to our clinic. Describe the issues and they’ll give you a referral to see us.

What happens if I don't want to see my GP?

If you don’t want to see a GP, you can visit us without a Medicare Care Plan. You can discuss fees when you call us.

How many sessions do I get by obtaining a Medicare Care Plan?

Medicare provides you with 6 sessions initially. In the event you need additional sessions, visit your GP and they can refer you back to us for more sessions.
